Hi, I’m Kelsey —

and welcome to my space.

My work is rooted in creativity, connection, and care. I offer counseling through my private practice, mental health and leadership coaching, and content creation for businesses and helping professionals who want their voice and values to shine through.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) with a background that bridges clinical mental health, leadership, and creative strategy. Before starting The Alchemy Collective, I spent the bulk of my career as the Director of the Children’s Mental Health Program at the local mental health authority. I’ve navigated the highs and lows of leadership, burnout, and front-line work — and I’ve also spent over a decade serving in ministry spaces.

Whether I’m supporting clients in session, coaching professionals through tough seasons, or helping you create content that actually sounds like you — I bring the same goal: clarity, alignment, and meaningful connection.
